EKG Technician
This class is will consist of online lecture, while the lab portion will take place in the classroom.
You will have four-weeks to complete the online portion of this class. Each lesson will consist of PowerPoint lecture, videos, assignments and quizzes.
You will not be allowed into the lab section if the online portion isn’t completed and passed with an average of 75% or above. Please make sure all lessons, assignments, and quizzes have been completed.
Lab will take place the last four-weeks at our school, where you will complete your EKG’s on Tuesday and Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm. All equipment will be supplied for you except for one pair of dark purple scrubs.
You only have one chance to take each quiz. All quizzes will be timed, be sure to manage your time throughout the quiz.
You must pass the online portion of the class with an average of 75% or above in order to be eligible to attend the lab portion of the class.
*If there is a lesson assignment, it needs to be submitted before you can take the quiz.
